Hayyat Apps provides website development, quote calculators, AI assistants, custom web applications, dashboards, automation tools, and desktop software services. Project scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.
2. Quotes and Project Scope
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of discussion. New requirements, third-party costs, premium plugins, API usage, integrations, or additional revisions may require a revised quote.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project details, required content, access credentials when needed, timely feedback, and any legal rights required for content, images, data, or branding supplied to us.
4. SMS and Phone Contact Consent
By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to be contacted by Hayyat Apps via SMS text message and/or phone call at the number you provided, for purposes related to your project inquiry, quotes, scheduling, and support.
- Consent to receive SMS or calls is not a condition of purchase of any service or product.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You may also request removal from phone or SMS contact by emailing us.
- Your mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Payments
We may accept payments through Stripe, FastSpring, or other approved payment methods. Stripe and FastSpring help provide secure checkout experiences and reduce payment risk for customers.
6. Delivery and Revisions
We work to deliver projects according to agreed scope and timeline. Reasonable revisions are included where agreed. Major changes outside the approved scope may be billed separately.
7. Third-Party Services
Some projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, Google APIs, Stripe, FastSpring, WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, email providers, or AI services. Their availability, pricing, and policies are controlled by those providers.
8. Intellectual Property
After final payment, custom work created specifically for your project is generally transferred to you unless otherwise agreed. Reusable frameworks, libraries, internal tools, templates, and pre-existing code remain the property of Hayyat Apps or their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hayyat Apps is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, downtime, third-party platform issues, or damages beyond the amount paid for the specific service involved.
