1. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@hayyatapps.com with your order details, payment email, project name, and reason for the refund request. We may ask for additional details so we can review the issue properly.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are generally available when the delivered work is not aligned with the agreed project scope, a service cannot be delivered, or you are not satisfied after a reasonable attempt to resolve the concern.
3. Custom Project Notes
For custom development projects, we may first offer revisions, fixes, or an alternate solution. If the issue cannot be resolved fairly, we will honor the money-back guarantee.
4. Payment Gateways
Payments may be processed by Stripe or FastSpring. Refunds are usually returned through the same payment provider and original payment method, subject to gateway rules, bank timelines, and fraud-prevention checks.


5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are submitted as quickly as possible. The time it takes to appear on your card or bank statement depends on Stripe, FastSpring, your card issuer, or your bank.
