- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing project communication. Message and data rates may apply through your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email us to be removed from phone or SMS contact.
- No mobile data sharing. Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about your inquiry and service.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Payments Through Stripe and FastSpring
Payments may be processed through trusted third-party gateways such as Stripe and FastSpring. We do not store your full card details on our website. Payment information is handled by the payment provider according to their own secure processing systems.
