Case Study
Amazon Inventory Management Web Application
We designed and developed StockPilot, a modern Amazon inventory management web application built to help ecommerce sellers manage products, track inventory, monitor stock levels, create orders, handle returns, and analyze inventory performance from one clean dashboard.
StockPilot was created for Amazon sellers and ecommerce teams that needed a faster, cleaner, and more reliable way to manage inventory, products, purchase orders, shipments, and returns.
We designed a premium white-theme web application with a modern dashboard experience, clear navigation, product tables, filters, bulk actions, and inventory status indicators to make daily operations easier.
The application includes product catalog management, inventory tracking, low stock alerts, out-of-stock monitoring, shipped order workflows, return order management, and supplier-related inventory actions.
To improve operational accuracy, we added real-time inventory metrics such as total products, inventory value, low stock items, out-of-stock items, reserved units, incoming stock, reorder levels, and stock status.
The system also includes product search, ASIN/SKU tracking, category filtering, import/export tools, bulk product upload, order creation, return creation, and action controls for editing or managing product records.
The final solution helped simplify Amazon inventory operations, reduce manual spreadsheet work, improve stock visibility, and give ecommerce teams a professional platform for managing daily inventory workflows.
StockPilot gave us a much cleaner and faster way to manage Amazon inventory. The dashboard, product filters, low stock alerts, and bulk actions helped reduce manual work and gave our team better control over daily operations.
