We created a custom web application where admins can upload Excel files containing candidate details such as name, email, course name, completion date, score, batch, and optional student information.
The system automatically generates professional certificates using custom certificate templates, including student photos, course details, scores, QR codes, certificate IDs, signatures, and official seals.
We added dashboard analytics to track total candidates, certificates generated, uploaded Excel files, active courses, batches, and recent certificate generation activity.
The app includes certificate history, batch tracking, candidate management, template management, reports, and secure admin access to keep the full workflow organized.
The final solution reduced manual certificate creation, improved accuracy, saved admin time, and helped the training provider deliver polished certificates at scale.
