Project scope, milestones, and deliverables are defined in your order page or project agreement within your dashboard.

4. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate, complete registration details and keep your credentials secure.
  • You may authenticate via Google Login.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abuse.

5. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe or FastSpring.
  • Prices are in USD and may vary based on project scope, complexity, or subscription tier.
  • Custom projects may require upfront, milestone, final, or recurring subscription payments as specified in your agreement.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are governed by our Refund Policy available on our website.
  • By submitting payment details, you authorize Hayyat Apps LLC to charge applicable fees for selected Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, software, and source code on hayyatapps.com are owned by Hayyat Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of our website or deliverables without written consent. Upon full payment, you obtain the usage rights set out in your project agreement.
